Advantage

- This machine is equipped with dual agitators, a hydraulic lift cover, a high-speed homogenizer (0-3000 rpm, variable speed control), and a low-speed scraper mixer (0-63 rpm, variable speed control). The homogenizer utilizes a fast-cutting vortex emulsifying agitator, which scrapes and stirs at low speed, automatically adhering to the bottom and sides of the pot.

- This machine uses a vacuum system to extract powdered materials, preventing them from flying. The entire process operates under vacuum, preventing bubbles from forming after high-speed mixing, ensuring hygienic and sterile conditions. This system also features a CIP cleaning system.

- The drum, which comes in contact with the material, is made of SUS316L, with a 300mm mirror polish on the inner surface. To ensure control stability, the vacuum pump is a renowned Chinese brand, the buttons are from Schneider or DELIX, the inverter is from Delta Electric, Taiwan, and the electronic control unit is from DELIXI.

This machine is manufactured in full compliance with GMP standards and is currently the most advanced and comprehensive cream production equipment in China.
