In external circulation mode, material is drawn from the bottom of the pot, passes through the homogenizer, and, under the powerful dispersion and centrifugal action of the homogenizer, is delivered to the upper portion of the pot through a dedicated pipe, achieving cyclic homogenization. At high speeds, this homogenizer can achieve an emulsification rate of 3 times per minute.
